Succeed as a Client Success Director at Regal

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our client success efforts and drive growth through strategic partnerships. As a Client Success Director, you'll own the post-sale experience for our fast-growing B2C customer base, leveraging data-driven insights to inform go-to-market programs and demonstrate success to stakeholders.

Your expertise will be crucial in developing metrics to define customer success, building multithreaded relationships with customers, and applying a results-oriented approach to collaboratively develop and execute account plans that drive quarterly, semi-annual, and annual objectives. You'll also play a key role in partnering with our sales, product, implementation, and customer experience teams to oversee customer experience and rapidly address risks and opportunities.
