We're seeking a skilled Partner Sales Executive to manage and align Teradata and AWS sales teams to accelerate new logos, expansion, and migration wins. This role involves managing industries and geographic regions, working with AWS sales at different partnership stages, and collaborating with peers and Teradata sales teams to drive revenue growth.

This position requires experience in bringing in the right AWS sales team for each account and opportunity, as well as enabling AWS sales teams in their own AWS-led sales motions. You'll be a sales coach to sales leaders and account executives on how to impact their business by working with and co-selling with AWS. You'll also collaborate with partner and field marketing teams to accelerate sales through AWS programs and events.

Key responsibilities include developing a thorough understanding of Teradata's products, roadmap, and partner strategy. You'll own, build, develop, and manage the AWS plan for your territory, drive joint pipeline growth through AWS originated opportunities, and understand key opportunities, capabilities, and coordinate activation across assigned accounts.

You'll be responsible for being a deal coach to sales teams and leaders, leveraging all assets and resources of AWS. Leading the engagement between wider Teradata teams and AWS sales teams will also be a priority. Ensuring CSP choice and providing clarity on programs and resources are essential tasks in this role.

In addition, you'll work across sales leaders of AWS to drive commitment to Teradata and engagement on the pipeline. Understanding and landing Teradata offerings to grow AWS capacity and support account plans will also be crucial.

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business operations, computer science, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 10 years' experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry is required.

Your background should include cloud and technology partner 'sell-with' sales or channel sales & alliances experience, along with a consistent track record of quota overachievement. Proven success in AWS sales, development, and strategy execution is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading deal negotiations and managing executive relationships in AWS. They should be able to work cross-functionally at an executive level, both internally and externally, to drive successful partnerships and projects. Presenting to an executive level is also a requirement.

A strong network within the AWS, SI, and Reseller partner community is necessary for success in this role.
