As a Senior Account Executive in Air Conditioning (AC) Sales, you will lead business relationships with one of the six largest OEM customers in our Copeland customer portfolio. This high-profile position requires exposure to multiple key markets in the AC industry. While contributing to strategic customer relationships, the Sr. Account Executive will manage tactical activities critical to achieving sales goals and performance that a high-profile customer expects, such as managing product launches and phase-outs, quality and delivery issues, coordinating new product and technology development, and executing critical tasks for successful sales agreement execution. You will balance internal and external stakeholders, engaging with Product Marketing and Product Management to develop tailored customer strategies, Technical Services for customer technical support, Inside Sales teammates for customer engagement alignment, and other Copeland business units to expand our product offering beyond compressors.

A successful Senior Account Executive will have the ability to assess customer organizations to identify opportunities and develop strategies and tactics to achieve profitable growth and solve complex customer issues. They must also effectively document customer needs, priorities, pain points, and timelines using our CRM tool. This role involves negotiation, communication, and collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to drive business results. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 annually, plus sales incentive bonuses and a company vehicle.
