About the Role

Carter Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Carter Creek Winery Resort & Spa in Johnson City, Texas. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative menus, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and managing kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Menu Creation: Develop and implement creative menus that showcase our winery's premium wines and ingredients.
  2. Kitchen Leadership: Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
  3. Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring that all food products meet the highest standards.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of the resort.
