Job DescriptionThe Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, including menu development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that showcase regional and national trends in food and beverage
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards
- Manage kitchen staff, including training and supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- At least five years of experience as a head chef or sous chef
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Our estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
