Job Responsibilities
  • Establish project objectives and deliverables that align with organizational goals in partnership with upper management and stakeholders.
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure the delivery of work scope within agreed turnaround times.
  • Assess the necessary resources and expertise required to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and present progress reports while maintaining effective communication with Customers.
  • Proactively address changes in project scope, recognize potential challenges, and formulate contingency strategies.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, Customer expectations, and company policies throughout all projects.
  • Identify and oversee project dependencies and critical paths to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies for risk management and mitigation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and generate recommendations to highlight areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to the company's safety protocols during their tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in the work performed by technicians.
  • Ensure proper handling of materials and accurate completion of documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional interaction with all internal and external Customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks promptly, including follow-up actions.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of analyzing information and employing problem-solving techniques.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in MRO checks, including heavy maintenance.

Demonstrated experience in team leadership.

Must possess an active FAA A&P certification.

PMP designation from the Project Management Institute is preferred.
