Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6:30 am to 3:00 pm; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures;
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of equipment as needed;
  • Test mechanical systems and equipment post-repair to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications;
  • Utilize computer systems for diagnostics and to manage work orders;
  • Perform welding and fabrication of components to ensure operational efficiency;
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications for Success at Clean Harbors:
  • Experience in plant maintenance, including preventative maintenance, installations, welding, electrical work, pipe-fitting, or heavy equipment mechanics;
  • Proven knowledge in welding or hydraulic systems;
  • Willingness to work weekends and overtime as necessary;
  • Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude assessment;
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, and handling various objects.
