Job Responsibilities
  • Establish project objectives and deliverables that align with organizational goals in partnership with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Create and manage project timelines to ensure work is completed within agreed turnaround times.
  • Assess the resources and expertise required to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and present progress reports along with effective communication to customers.
  • Proactively address changes in project scope, recognize potential challenges, and formulate contingency strategies.
  • Guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, customer expectations, and company policies across all projects.
  • Identify and oversee project interdependencies and critical timelines.
  • Develop and execute risk management strategies.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and generate recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to the company's safety protocols while performing their duties.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in the work conducted by technicians.
  • Oversee the proper management of materials and ensure accurate documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional interaction with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Timely completion of assigned tasks, including follow-ups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of analyzing data and employing problem-solving techniques.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in MRO inspections, including heavy maintenance.

Demonstrated experience in team leadership.

Active FAA A&P certification required.

PMP certification from the Project Management Institute is preferred.
