Office Support Specialist Position Available

We are seeking a meticulous Office Support Specialist to provide crucial administrative assistance within our organization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating the efficient functioning of our office environment. Previous experience in a comparable role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing multi-line phone systems
  • Conducting routine filing and documentation tasks
  • Uploading and organizing project files
  • Supporting management with daily operational activities
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office setting
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and multi-line phone systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and filing capabilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive under pressure
  • Typing proficiency of a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week with potential for overtime
  • Shifts may vary between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm
Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $20.00, commensurate with experience.
