Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll and salary calculations for various working time models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain personnel master data and time management data in Oracle, DATEV, and Interflex systems.
  • Handle social security issues, including application and processing of A1 certificates.
  • Inform employees about legal and company regulations, ensuring they are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
  • Prepare statistics and evaluations for internal and public authorities, providing valuable insights into company performance.
  • Implement and organize company pension schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process employee participation programs, including calculation and booking of salary provisions.
  • Issue certificates and correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance providers, and authorities.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed training as an accountant.
  • Professional experience in payroll processing, preferably with DATEV/LODAS software.
  • Knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
