Funciones del Puesto:

Dirige las decisiones financieras estableciendo, supervisando y aplicando políticas y procedimientos. Protege los activos mediante el establecimiento y monitoreo de controles internos. Evalúa y confirma la situación financiera realizando auditorías y proporcionando información a auditores externos. Maximiza el retorno y limita el riesgo sobre el efectivo minimizando saldos bancarios y realizando inversiones. Elabora presupuestos estableciendo cronogramas, recopilando, analizando y consolidando datos financieros, y recomendando planes de acción. Logra los objetivos presupuestarios programando gastos, analizando variaciones e iniciando acciones correctivas. Proporciona un estado de la situación financiera recopilando, interpretando e informando datos financieros. Prepara informes especiales recopilando, analizando y resumiendo información y tendencias.

Cumple con los requisitos legales federales, estatales y locales estudiando la legislación existente y nueva, anticipando futuras regulaciones, y asegurando la adherencia a los requisitos.

Asegura el funcionamiento del equipo estableciendo requisitos de mantenimiento preventivo y contratos de servicio, manteniendo inventarios de equipos y evaluando nuevos equipos y técnicas.

Completa los requisitos operativos programando y asignando empleados, y dando seguimiento a los resultados del trabajo. Mantiene al personal financiero reclutando, seleccionando, orientando y capacitando a los empleados. Mantiene los resultados laborales del personal financiero mediante la capacitación, asesoramiento y disciplina de los empleados; planificando, monitoreando y evaluando los resultados laborales. Mantiene el conocimiento profesional y técnico asistiendo a talleres educativos, revisando publicaciones profesionales, estableciendo redes personales y participando en sociedades profesionales.


Funciones Esenciales del Trabajo:
  • Supervisar las operaciones del Departamento de Contabilidad
  • Medir y optimizar el capital de trabajo a través del momento de compras, pagos y cobros
  • Asegurar que se tomen todos los descuentos razonables en cuentas por pagar
  • Asegurar que se completen las conciliaciones bancarias periódicas
  • Asegurar que los pagos de deuda requeridos se realicen de manera oportuna
  • Mantener un sistema de archivo contable ordenado
  • Establecer y mantener un sistema de controles internos sobre las transacciones contables
  • Emitir estados financieros oportunos y completos y métricas operativas relacionadas
  • Coordinar la preparación del informe anual corporativo
  • Supervisar el proceso de cierre de fin de mes, incluyendo asientos contables, análisis, conciliaciones y atestación
  • Supervisar la gestión de efectivo semanal; aprobar cuentas por pagar semanales; ejecutar la firma de cheques
  • Proporcionar análisis financieros según sea necesario, en particular para inversiones de capital, decisiones de precios y negociaciones de contratos

Preparar y revisar estados financieros no auditados mensuales y trimestrales. Planificar, dirigir, supervisar y coordinar actividades laborales y capacitar al personal según sea necesario.
