- Assist guests with their queries and provide support to the Front Desk staff as needed.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- Register guests into the system, verifying reservation details and credit information.
- Promote Hilton Grand Vacations services and recognize our valued members.
- Train and direct new team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all Front Office operations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the team, ensuring they are empowered to succeed.
- Manage the house bank, making deposits and accurate reports of receipts daily.
- Supervise the accurate sequencing of events for proper registration and check-out of guests.
- Assign tasks to subordinates, ensuring the Front Office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Post miscellaneous charges as requested and maintain a daily log of guest opportunities.
- Follow up on unresolved situations in a timely manner and pass on relevant information to management.
- Follow up on credit opportunities during each shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a Front Desk role.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to build and interpret business communications and reports.
- Highly skilled in solving practical problems and dealing with guest and business situations.
- Excellent social and service skills.
- Ability to resolve complex situations and think on their feet while influencing and mentoring others.
- Associate's degree or college education.
- Voice Certified.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Prior management or supervisory experience.
