Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to perform clerical and administrative functions at IMAGE RECOVERY SERVICE INC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence and formal documents, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruptions.
- Greet and assist onsite guests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Answer inbound telephone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems, enhancing data accessibility and security.
- Perform all other office tasks as required, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields is highly valued.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
