Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage room bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet their expectations.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle key distribution, and maintain accurate records.
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

General Bookkeeping:

Ensure all guest account information is accurate and up-to-date, utilizing Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, or working knowledge of reservation management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • 1+ year of hotel industry experience preferred.

Compensation: $15 hourly
