Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest reservations, including booking and assigning rooms, and handling any changes or cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out information, and communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hotel experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
