Administrative Coordinator

Randstad is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for administering programs, projects, and processes specific to the production and sanitation departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer programs, projects, and processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate and plan routine projects and programs for the facility.
- Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate program success.
- Manage timekeeping systems and employee records.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and maintain daily staff schedules.
- Act as a point person for meetings and events.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Director of Manufacturing.
- Determine and provide backup materials for meetings.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Entry-level experience.
