Administrative Coordinator

A company in the industry is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage programs, projects, and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing routine projects and programs. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates programs, projects, and processes specific to the production and sanitation departments.
- Plans and executes routine projects and programs for the facility.
- Ensures the maintenance of records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate program success.
- Manages the time-keeping system and all records pertaining to employee hours and payroll.
- Coordinates the performance evaluation process for new hires and current employees.
- Acts as the point person in maintaining the daily schedule of staff and determines priorities.
- Creates monthly reports for the Director of Manufacturing.
- Determines and provides necessary backup and supporting materials for meetings.
- Creates and tracks tasks assigned during meetings and sets up a timeline for completion.
