Responsibilities



  • Prepare and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, and perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with staff, families, and stakeholders.
  • Translate written documents and provide verbal translation as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, photocopying, and operating office equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements



  • High School Diploma required.
  • One year of experience in an office environment.
  • Formal secretarial or office management training in lieu of experience.
  • Demonstrable computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of English and fluency in a second language.

Physical Demands


This role requires sitting for up to two hours at a time, using office equipment, and lifting/moving objects up to 20 pounds.


Working Conditions


This is a full-time position with a regular schedule and occasional flexibility to meet business needs.
