Job Title: Aftermarket Repairs Order Coordinator
Location: Ronkonkoma, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (flexibility available)
Pay Rate: 30/hour (Temp-to-Perm)

What You’ll DoBe the Backbone of Operations: Manage repair orders from intake to entry into our ERP system, ensuring every detail is precise.
Collaborate & Communicate: Serve as the vital link between customers and shop teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment.
Inspect, Review, and Approve: Oversee contractual reviews, verify customer documentation, and physically inspect units when necessary.
Own the Process: Facilitate seamless workflows, prioritize critical tasks, and deliver outstanding customer support.
Must-Have Skills:
Attention to Detail: You’re skilled at spotting errors and ensuring data accuracy.
Accountability: You take pride in communicating effectively and meeting deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Experience with contract or purchase order reviews.

Pay Details: 30.00 per hour
