What You’ll Do
  • Be the Backbone of Operations: Manage repair orders from intake to entry into our ERP system, ensuring every detail is precise.

  • Collaborate & Communicate: Serve as the vital link between customers and shop teams, ensuring smooth operations and alignment.

  • Inspect, Review, and Approve: Oversee contractual reviews, verify customer documentation, and physically inspect units when necessary.

  • Own the Process: Facilitate seamless workflows, prioritize critical tasks, and deliver outstanding customer support.

Pay Details: 30.00 per hour
