Healthcare IT Sales Manager

WebMD Ignite is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Account Management to lead our Patient Engagement team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, growth, and satisfaction for our Patient Engagement customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team of Account Managers to achieve annual retention rate quotas, revenue expansion targets, and client satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement account management strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements, identify cross-sell opportunities, and develop client-specific account plans.
- Manage key performance metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team performance.
- Travel with Account Managers to meet with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as health, communications, or business management.
- At least five years of experience in healthcare IT sales/account management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years or more experience building and managing high-performing individuals and teams.
- Experience in the Digital patient engagement space is preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000.
