Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals within your defined geography or area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the company's growth ambitions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
