Job Title: Manager of Account Management

WebMD Ignite is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Account Management to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on customer retention, growth, and overall satisfaction for our Patient Engagement customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the development of Account Managers in support of reaching annual retention rate quotas, revenue expansion targets, and maintaining client satisfaction within a specified list of accounts.
  • Focus on the Company's full suite of products and solutions, understanding patient engagement strategies (clinical, marketing, and digital) and mapping existing solutions to client needs for upsells.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Account Management and other key stakeholders within the company to understand and resolve critical issues.
  • Travel with Account Managers to meet with key decision makers and influencers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as health, communications, or business management, from a four-year college or university.
  • At least five years of experience in healthcare IT sales/account management, or equivalent combination of education and experience with a focus on account management.
  • Two years or more experience building and managing high-performance individuals and teams.
  • Experience in the Digital patient engagement space is preferred.
Travel Requirements:

Some travel required, approximately % of the time.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $130,000.
