Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Commercial Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our portfolio of products and services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide sales consultation, design, support, and management of customer activity involving collaboration, enterprise networking, data solutions, and security products and services.
- Analyze customer and competition situations, customer business issues and interests, and generate strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting capability and active reporting procedures in accordance with C-1's standards.
- Develop and maintain technical competency in all products offered, including solutions from represented manufacturers and professional services offered by C-1.
- Develop relationships with existing and potential customers to enable business growth and achieve assigned targets.
- Resolve customer escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed on industry changes, participate in relevant organizations, and continually improve sales techniques and knowledge.
- Foster strong working relationships with supporting teams, including sales support, marketing, services, purchasing, and inventory.
- 2+ years' experience in solution selling with a focus on UC/CC, Cyber Security, Enterprise Networking, Data Center, and Customer Experience.
