Job Title: Velocity Account Executive

C1 Inc is a leading provider of advanced communications and data technology solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Velocity Account Executive to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Velocity Account Executive will be responsible for selling all products and services offered in the ConvergeOne portfolio to the SMB-Commercial segment. This includes collaboration, enterprise networking, data solutions, and security products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports ConvergeOne's strategic Commercial and SMB growth objectives
  • Provides sales consultation, design, support, and management of customer activity
  • Establishes, maintains, and develops business with customers and potential customers
  • Analyzes customer/competition situations and generates a strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Maintains accurate sales forecasting capability and an active reporting procedure
  • Develops and maintains technical competency in all products offered
  • Develops relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve assigned targets
  • Expedites the resolution of customer escalations/complaints
  • Stays well-informed on industry changes and continually works to improve sales techniques and sales knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with solution selling, with a heavy emphasis on UC/CC, Cyber Security, Enterprise Networking, Data Center, and Customer Experience
  • Ability to call on Commercial companies (
