Velocity Account Executive

The Velocity Account Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Commercial and SMB segments. This role requires a strong understanding of our product portfolio and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
As a Velocity Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Commercial and SMB segments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Providing sales consultation, design, support, and management of customer activity involving our collaboration, enterprise networking, data solutions, and security products and services
- Analyzing customer and competition situations, customer business issues and interests, and generating strategies that achieve business objectives
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasting capability and an active reporting procedure in accordance with C1 Inc's standards
- Developing and maintaining technical competency in all products offered, including solutions from represented manufacturers and professional services offered by C1 Inc
- Expediting the resolution of customer escalations and complaints
- Staying well-informed on industry changes and participating in organizations directly involved with C1 Inc's prime markets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years' experience in solution selling with a heavy emphasis on UC/CC, Cyber Security, Enterprise Networking, Data Center, and Customer Experience
