Responsibilities:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for processing new hire documentation, conducting background checks, coordinating drug screenings, and completing the I9/E-Verify process.

Will handle status changes, termination paperwork, promotions, and all other modifications, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained prior to processing in the HRIS.

Maintains licensure and certification records to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards. Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records current. Assists with hospital recognition initiatives and provides support to employees with general Human Resources inquiries.

Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience

A Bachelor's degree is required or 6 years of relevant experience.

Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Prior experience in Human Resources is mandatory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, encompassing estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, ranges from $24.00 to $34.70.

The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, considering a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
