Work Environment:
This position requires on-site presence at our designated office during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:
Manage daily HR administrative functions, including the upkeep of employee records, updating the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and ensuring data integrity.

Assist in formulating and executing HR policies and procedures.

Benefits Management:
Oversee employee benefits programs, encompassing health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks.

Work collaboratively with external partners to ensure effective delivery of benefits.

Demonstrate strong capabilities in managing and tracking Leave of Absence (LOA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Workers' Compensation.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on pertinent labor laws and regulations to guarantee compliance.

Prepare and submit necessary payroll and HR reports to regulatory bodies as required.

Employee Engagement:
Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations challenges and engage in conflict resolution processes.

Performance Evaluation:
Support performance management initiatives, including evaluations and goal-setting.

Advise employees and management on performance-related issues.

Training and Development:
Identify training requirements and coordinate employee training sessions.

Facilitate the implementation of professional development initiatives.

Record Management:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, maintaining confidentiality and security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on LOA and FMLA.

Thorough knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR best practices.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficient in HRIS and payroll software, such as ADP.

High proficiency in tools like Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and/or Trello.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
