Key Responsibilities
Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct and all relevant policies and regulations. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Provide guidance on performance management issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of disciplinary actions. Mentor managers and supervisors to enhance their conflict resolution skills and team dynamics. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by collaborating with management on employee development plans. Investigate employee concerns and manage disciplinary processes effectively. Source and recruit qualified candidates, ensuring adherence to organizational standards throughout the hiring process. Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company. Coordinate local training sessions and assist in identifying learning and development opportunities. Manage scheduling and communication for various training initiatives. Address inquiries related to policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and fairness. Prepare essential HR documentation, including employment and promotion letters, as well as termination forms. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records throughout their employment. Lead and support various HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by preparing necessary reports and managing unemployment claims. Serve as a resource for management on employee relations matters, interpreting and applying policies effectively. Demonstrate expertise in workforce relations and its implications for the organization. Provide recommendations on disciplinary actions and participate in disciplinary meetings as needed. Foster positive employee relations and promote a safe, inclusive workplace. Offer guidance on workforce-related regulatory and policy matters. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and develop effective solutions. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations. Build and sustain positive relationships with all employees. Actively listen to employee concerns and respond promptly. Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate payroll processing. Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, encompassing benefits, recruitment, and employee relations.
