Work Location: This position requires on-site presence at our designated office, Monday through Friday.
This is not a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:HR Administration:
- Manage daily HR administrative functions, including the upkeep of employee records, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates, and ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in formulating and executing HR policies and procedures.
Benefits Management:
- Oversee employee benefits programs, encompassing health insurance, retirement options, and additional perks.
- Collaborate with external partners to guarantee the efficient provision of employee benefits.
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in managing and tracking LOA/FMLA/Worker's Compensation.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Remain updated on pertinent labor laws and regulations to ensure adherence.
- Prepare and submit necessary payroll and HR reports to regulatory bodies as required.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Work alongside managers to resolve employee relations challenges and engage in conflict resolution processes.
- Manage LOA/FMLA/Worker's Compensation matters.
Performance Management:
- Facilitate performance management activities, including evaluations and goal-setting.
- Advise employees and managers on performance-related issues.
- Exhibit the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Training and Development:
- Identify training requirements and organize training sessions for staff.
- Support the rollout of professional development initiatives.
Record Maintenance:
- Ensure accurate and current employee records, maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on LOA/FMLA.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP.
- High proficiency in software platforms like Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and/or Trello.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Salary: $66,000-$72,000 annually, based on experience.
