Position Title: Wellness Advisor

Reports to: Studio Manager

Established in 2012, YogaSix has rapidly become the leading boutique yoga studio in the United States.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Wellness Advisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Studio Manager with new membership acquisitions and the retention of existing members. This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while guiding both new and current clients in selecting classes, addressing membership inquiries, and facilitating merchandise transactions. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about engaging with our clientele and contributing to a vibrant YogaSix community. Additionally, the Wellness Advisor aids in maintaining the studio's cleanliness.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Outstanding sales, communication, and customer service abilities
  • Driven by goals with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to master and utilize the Club Ready software system
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Capability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Participation in special events and training as required
  • Part-time availability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets set by the General Manager
  • Conduct studio tours for prospective members to build rapport and facilitate sales
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and pricing
  • Promote and uphold the studio's mission as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals
  • Engage in community outreach events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, etc.) to enhance studio visibility
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Take initiative in developing sales skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Employees must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the role, which may include sitting or standing for extended periods, reaching with hands and arms, bending, lifting, kneeling, and driving.
  • Climbing stairs may be necessary as elevators are not available at all locations.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be required.
  • Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Effective hearing in person and via telephone is essential.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
