Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional sales and service experience to our members and guests, while meeting and exceeding key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Genuine Connections: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and guests, providing personalized service and support to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Meet and exceed sales targets for membership sales, renewals, and retail sales, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver a world-class sales and service experience to all members and guests, ensuring a safe and clean studio environment.
  • Manage Sales Systems: Maintain accurate records using established sales systems, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with members and guests.
  • Participate in Studio Events: Participate in studio tours, events, and meetings to promote Orangetheory Fitness and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member requests and inquiries.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members, guests, and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Functional computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and general site navigation.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the Fitness Team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
