Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the full sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale, to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products, programs, and pricing to effectively promote our services.
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of our studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Participate in grassroots and community events to promote our studio and build brand awareness.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to learn and use our Club Ready software system.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
