About the role:

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is on the lookout for a Front Office Operations Supervisor to join our vibrant Rooms Team. We seek an individual who is passionate about providing outstanding service to our guests. What you will do:

Are you enthusiastic about enhancing the guest experience in our Rooms division? This role may be the ideal opportunity for you. The Front Office Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role within the Front Office Team, primarily overseeing the Front Desk staff while also assisting in managing the Guest Services, Front Drive, and Housekeeping teams. The primary goal is to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience from their initial booking to their departure. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that team members are well-trained, motivated, and effectively supervised. As the first point of contact for guests, this high-profile department carries significant responsibility. We are looking for someone who can anticipate, personalize, and fulfill guest needs proactively.

What you bring:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry and Rooms Division, with at least one year in a supervisory role and Front Desk knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen, work ethic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members into supervisory and management roles.
  • US work authorization is required unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Front Office Operations Supervisors to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
