About the Role
The Global Business Finance Organization plays a pivotal role in assisting the executives and officers of Oracle with comprehensive financial and operational analysis, aimed at enhancing business decisions that foster the company’s success and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will provide essential financial support and insights to the North America Application Consulting division, reporting directly to the Finance Director. As a key member of the finance team, you will collaborate with headquarters, sales, and business operations teams to deliver FP&A support for the North America Application Consulting Organization.

Core Duties Include:
- Supporting Financial Planning & Analysis for North America Applications (NAA) and Oracle Digital Experience Agency (ODX).
- Managing P&L budgeting and forecasting, scenario modeling, and preparing executive summaries and presentations.
- Consolidating financials for NAA Consulting and maintaining the Consulting Financial hierarchy to ensure effective reporting.
- Partnering with business and operations leaders to ensure accurate and timely forecasts.

Furthermore, you will analyze and interpret P&L statements, including bookings, revenue, and expenses, utilizing financial and operational metrics to provide insightful analytics. You will oversee consulting delivery and executive bonus plans, and perform monthly and quarterly financial reporting for both short and long-term forecasting.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with prior FP&A experience being essential.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Exceptional Excel skills, with a track record of producing automated, succinct reports.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, along with excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, you should demonstrate innovative problem-solving skills, effective decision-making capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners.
