Job Summary

The University of Oklahoma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Integrity Director to lead the development and implementation of student academic integrity programs. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of academic integrity policies and procedures, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement student academic integrity programs, including policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, faculty, and students on academic integrity matters.
  • Conduct investigations and hearings related to academic integrity cases.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to develop and implement academic integrity policies and procedures.
  • Manage the operational budget for the office and oversee the development of operational plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for students, staff, and faculty on academic integrity policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Academic Integrity Council, a student organization responsible for articulating and upholding community standards of academic integrity.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and practices related to academic integrity.
  • Lead in the development and implementation of policies and practices related to academic integrity.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, law, or business.
  • 5 years of experience in developing policies, interpreting laws and regulations, or similar related experience.
  • Strong background in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Ability to interpret policies, laws, procedures, and other regulations.
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance standards, such as FERPA and Open Records.
  • Prior experience making presentations to varied audiences.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior management experience.
  • J.D. or Ph.D. preferred.
  • Higher education experience preferred.
  • Investigative knowledge preferred.
