**Labor Mobility and Engagement Expert**

Dexis Consulting Group is a leading provider of professional services, helping governments, international organizations, and the private sector address complex social challenges. We are seeking a highly experienced Labor Mobility and Engagement Expert to lead the Labor Neighbors Initiative, a pioneering program focused on expanding access to lawful and protective labor pathways for workers from Latin America and the Caribbean.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in labor migration, private sector engagement, and project management. They will be responsible for managing a team of technical advisors, collaborating with government agencies, and engaging with private sector stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Manage day-to-day implementation and coordination of the Labor Neighbors Initiative with USAID's Private Sector Engagement Hub.
  2. Develop and present reports, work plans, and progress updates to USAID stakeholders.
  3. Lead and coordinate a team of technical advisors, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of results.
  4. Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities for eligible workers in temporary labor markets.
  5. Implement good practices around recruitment, vetting, and processing of workers for temporary work abroad opportunities.
  6. Provide guidance to source country governments on designing and enforcing regulations for private sector recruitment.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree or bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in functional, operational, and/or technical areas related to labor migration, private sector engagement, and project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in coordinating technical assistance operations and managing diverse teams.
  • Experience working in Latin America, particularly with ethical labor recruitment programs from a source country perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage senior representatives of public and private sectors.

**Estimated Salary:** $155,000-$175,000 per year
