This position offers a salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on location and qualifications.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Global Programs Officer III to join our team at the U.S. Department of State. The ideal candidate should have experience with democracy and human rights foreign assistance programs in Venezuela. Expertise in closed environments and stakeholder networks is crucial. The successful candidate will develop strategies, collaborate with evaluation teams, coordinate with subject matter experts, and oversee program funding. Key responsibilities include developing strategies, working with evaluation teams, coordinating with subject matter experts, and oversight of program funding. The successful candidate should have experience working in closed democratic spaces and possess strong knowledge of 2 CFR 200. A Secret security clearance is required. Leadership and teamwork experience are also necessary for this role.
