About the Job

We are seeking a talented Global Development Strategist to join our External Relations team at Evidence Action. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in driving transformative growth and impact, generating years of health for hundreds of millions of people globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and/or support projects to maximize funding for highest-priority program areas, raising tens of millions of dollars.
  • Develop and implement effective donor engagement strategies, working closely with executive leadership to secure funding opportunities.
  • Manage cross-functional projects with programs and operations teams to drive scale and impact.
  • Support the development of new funding models and run analyses to maximize effectiveness.

About You

  • You have 2+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting, banking, special project, or chief of staff roles.
  • You have strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • You're a creative problem-solver with a passion for testing new approaches and driving innovation.

The Benefits

  • This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year.
