**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to oversee human resources functions at One Care DC Inc. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

This is a key role that requires expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and provide guidance on employee development and accountability.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive organizational culture and promote employee engagement initiatives in partnership with the HR team.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, collaborating with the HR Generalist to maintain up-to-date practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years proven experience in a manager role
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation processes and employee development strategies

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
