As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will leverage your interpersonal skills and positive attitude to assist prospective guests in realizing their vacation aspirations. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers via phone, qualifying leads, and marketing our exclusive vacation packages that showcase our luxurious resorts.
- Promote mini vacation packages for various property locations while adhering to corporate telemarketing guidelines in both inbound and outbound settings.
- Utilize the skills acquired during training to address objections and successfully close sales.
- Provide only HGV-authorized information and ensure its accuracy.
- Maintain a positive and motivated demeanor, especially when interacting with Hilton guests, colleagues, supervisors, and management.
Position Details
- Compensation structure includes hourly pay plus commission (Top Performers average over $100,000 annually).
- Training Schedule: Paid training lasts for 4 weeks from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Work Schedule: Full Time with Multiple Shift Options.
- Work Environment: On-Site.

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 1 year of previous sales or telesales experience.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer usage.
- An engaging, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others achieve their vacation ownership dreams.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Timeshare experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in an Inbound or Outbound Sales Call Center environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word.
