Maintenance Management Specialist

**Job Summary**
Simon Property Group is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work ordered is completed on time and according to quality standards, while also managing spending on supplies used to complete maintenance within budgetary constraints.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the maintenance of properties to ensure compliance with quality standards and budgetary constraints.
- Manage a team of maintenance workers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance work.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Monitor and report on maintenance spending and performance to senior management.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in maintenance management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
