Role Summary:

We are looking for two talented Graphic Designers to enhance our dynamic Marketing Team. The selected candidates will contribute significantly to the creation and execution of visually engaging content tailored for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand consistency in messaging and visual representation across all design initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and produce design assets for a variety of projects, including digital graphics, print materials, web pages, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Stay informed on current beauty trends to generate relevant and innovative content that fosters engagement.
  • Review design proofs and integrate feedback from stakeholders to finalize production files.
  • Organize and manage all design assets efficiently.
  • Propose design solutions that enhance visual communication.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop new content formats, including briefs, social media visuals, brochures, and more.
  • Present design concepts and completed work to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Analyze performance data to inform future design strategies.
  • Apply usability principles to ensure effective design outcomes.
  • Lead the design process while incorporating feedback from various teams.
  • Quickly produce detailed mockups in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with art directors to guide photo direction for optimal visual impact.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating design proficiency across multiple mediums, showcasing a strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design.
  • Experience in video/image editing and print design is essential.
  • A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail in design layouts and copy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
  • Experience in leading creative projects from concept to execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A positive attitude that fosters teamwork and supports the professional growth of colleagues.
