Role Summary:

We are in search of two talented Graphic Designers to enhance our vibrant Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in crafting visually compelling content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain uniformity in brand messaging and visual representation across all design initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and produce design materials for a variety of projects, including digital graphics, print collateral, website interfaces, advertising, and presentations.
  • Stay informed on current beauty trends to create engaging content that fosters interaction and collaboration.
  • Review design drafts and integrate feedback from team members and stakeholders to finalize production files.
  • Organize and manage all design assets effectively.
  • Propose innovative design solutions to enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to generate diverse content forms, including briefs, social media visuals, brochures, and more.
  • Present design concepts and completed projects to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Analyze performance metrics and usability studies to inform future design strategies.
  • Apply usability principles to ensure effective design outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, leading the design process while incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Rapidly produce detailed mockups in a dynamic environment.
  • Partner with art directors to guide optimal photo direction for relevant placements.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • A diverse portfolio that showcases design proficiency across multiple mediums, demonstrating a strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in video/image editing and print design is essential.
  • A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail in design and copy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, even under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Experience in leading creative projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A positive and energetic attitude that fosters teamwork and supports the professional growth of colleagues.
