Role Requirements:
We are on the lookout for two talented Graphic Designers to enhance our vibrant Marketing Team. This role is crucial for executing visually compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain uniformity in brand messaging and visual representation across all design initiatives.
- Conceptualize and produce design materials for a variety of platforms, including digital graphics, print collateral, web pages, advertisements, and presentations.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in the beauty industry to create engaging content that fosters interaction and collaboration.
- Review design proofs and integrate feedback from stakeholders to finalize production files.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of all design assets.
- Propose innovative design solutions.
- Support the creative team in generating diverse content formats, including briefs, social media videos, brochures, and more.
- Present design concepts and completed work to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Analyze performance data to inform future design strategies.
- Apply usability principles to enhance design effectiveness.
- Collaborate across teams, leading the design process while incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Rapidly produce detailed mockups in a dynamic environment.
- Work closely with art directors to guide effective photo direction.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating design proficiency across multiple mediums, with a solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design.
- Experience in video/image editing and print design is essential.
- A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail in design and copy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable to change.
- Experience in leading creative projects from concept through to delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A positive, energetic attitude that fosters teamwork and supports the professional growth of colleagues.
Physical Demands:
This role may require various physical activities, including lifting, carrying, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Effective communication over the phone and working on a computer for extended hours are also necessary.
