Job Description

As a key member of the ACO, Inc. team, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within a specific region. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
