Job Summary

The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to project activities, including contract management, certified payroll, and monitoring project progress. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team of Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure timely distribution of weekly certified payroll to general contractors and owners.
* Maintain and update annual prevailing wage rates for each project.
* Review contracts and obtain necessary approvals.
* Complete additional paperwork, including sub/supplier listings, W-9 forms, and supplier waivers.
* Track monthly billing and analyze over/under payments.
* Request insurance certificates and payment/performance bonds as needed.
* Set up customer accounts in the ERP system and create billing in TRX.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree
* 0-2 years of experience
* Strong teamwork and time management skills
