Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business avenues by analyzing market trends, client requirements, and competitive dynamics to broaden the client base and enhance profitable revenue growth.
  • Formulate and execute account strategies customized for individual clients to nurture long-term partnerships and encourage ongoing engagement with the company's offerings.
  • Provide consistent updates and insights to senior leadership regarding account progress, client feedback, and potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Foster relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level client contacts, ensuring the retention and profitable expansion of client relationships.
  • Lead the design of solutions, development of proposals, and presentation of services.
  • Support the execution team in delivering high-quality work while addressing and resolving client-identified challenges and business needs throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

  • Approximately fifteen years of professional experience, with significant experience in the financial (investment, insurance, and banking) and insights sectors.
  • Extensive research knowledge and experience utilizing various methodologies.
  • A deep understanding of common statistical and research techniques employed in market research, such as conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, and regression analysis, along with the ability to apply and interpret these findings effectively.
  • Collaborative approach with strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business and expand existing revenue streams.
  • Proactive mindset focused on business development.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
