Territory Sales Manager

**Job Overview:**
Marvin, a leading manufacturer of premium building products, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join its sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's market share in the Cape Cod, Massachusetts region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including dealers, builders, and contractors, to increase sales and market share.
- Implement strategic sales plans, including territory budgeting and sales forecasting, to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training and support to channel partners, including market segment training, sales support, and product knowledge training, to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding market share.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
