About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Toast. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with restaurant owners and operators in your assigned territory, understanding their unique needs, and developing customized solutions to help their businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build relationships with restaurant owners and operators in your assigned territory
  • Conduct demos and develop solutions that meet the prospect's needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
  • Leverage our CRM to manage all sales activities
  • Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Toast in the market

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
  • General technical proficiency with software
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
