Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time scheduling assistance by organizing appointments and avoiding conflicts.
- Utilize computer systems to create reports and transcribe notes.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication through emails and phone interactions.
- Route documents for signatures.
- Manage technicians' schedules.
- Conduct outbound calls and oversee lead management.
- Coordinate appointments for outreach specialists and technicians.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Generate Excel lists.
